What Did I Like The Most About the Book? | 5 AM Club Book Review
One of the things I liked about the book is that the book did not go off-topic even for a little bit. The book had a lot to tell about how one can have an amazing day by just following a few practices.
One of the things that intrigued me about the 5 AM Club is that it is based on neuroscientific practices that make it easy for an old grumpy, one such as myself, to wake up early.
